Uw veiligheid, ons engagement!
Meer dan ooit is uw veiligheid één van onze hoogste prioriteiten. We hebben nieuwe richtlijnen en regels opgesteld om van onze events en locaties de meest hygiënische en veiligste plaatsen te maken om elkaar te ontmoeten en zaken te doen. Van alle aanwezigen, inclusief bezoekers, exposanten, partners en personeel, wordt verwacht dat zij zich houden aan ons gezondheids- en veiligheidsprotocol.
Dit gezondheids- en veiligheidsprotocol werd opgesteld in samenwerking met SGS en is bedoeld om zowel uw veiligheid als uw gemoedsrust te garanderen tijdens uw bezoek.

Controleren van de COVID-19 status
Covid Safe Ticket
Voor onze beurs moet iedereen ouder dan 12 jaar (geboortejaar 2009) zich aanmelden met het Covid Safe Ticket: bezoekers, exposanten, standpersoneel en Easyfairs medewerkers…
- Hij in het bezit is van een vaccinatiecertificaat, en meer dan 2 weken gevaccineerd is
- Hij een herstelcertificaat heeft van minder dan 6 maanden
- Hij een PCR-test heeft laten afnemen, met een negatief resultaat, max. 48u voor de beurs
- Hij een snelle antigeentest laat afnemen door medisch geschoold personeel, max. 24u voor de beurs.
Hou er rekening mee dat een PCR test maar geldig is tot 48u na de dag van de test. Een antigeen test maar tot 24u na de dag van de test. Het kan dus dat u zich tijdens de beurs nogmaals moet laten testen.

Indien u niet in het bezit bent van een Covid Safe Ticket kan u zich ter plaatse laten testen (tegen betaling van 10€). Bij negatieve test kan u genieten van uw bezoek!
Reiniging & Hygiëne
Voorschriften in verband met schoonmaken en ontsmetten
Alle oppervlaktes op Easyfairs-events worden schoongemaakt met ontsmettingsmiddelen die ook in ziekenhuizen worden gebruikt. De meest aangeraakte oppervlaktes worden heel regelmatig ontsmet.
Handhygiëne
Overal op de beursvloer en in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zal desinfecterende handgel beschikbaar zijn. Gelieve er intensief gebruik van te maken.

Smart Badge contactless technology
The safest way to visit an event is by using our Smart Badge, which requires no physical contact and guarantees a 100% safe event experience. You will receive your Smart Badge at the entrance after having scanned the barcode on your printed voucher or mobile device. Thanks to the embedded NFC chip you can swipe your badge on readers distributed throughout the event to gather product and stand information. At the end of the day you receive all collected information via email.
Cashless betalen
Wij raden aan om zoveel mogelijk cashless te betalen als preventieve beschermingsmaatregel.
Eten & Drinken
U kunt nog steeds eten en drinken kopen in onze hallen en op onze events. Voor uw veiligheid werken wij samen met cateraars die nauwgezet de veiligheidsmaatregelen uit het Horeca Covid-19 protocol volgen. We vragen u vriendelijk om gebruik te maken van de desinfecterende handgels op de cateringstanden voor u gaat eten en drinken.

Wij raden aanwezigen en bezoekers aan om waar mogelijk de 1,5 meter afstand te respecteren.

To ensure appropriate physical distancing during Easyfairs events we will control the number of people present in the event halls at all times, in accordance with local guidance.
REGISTRATION OPTION 1:
Online registration and touchless scanning
Please register online before the event, as registration onsite is not possible. You can either print out your admission voucher, which has a barcode, or bring it on your mobile device. You will then be able to scan the barcode at one of our touchless scanning stations. Please note that for your safety, onsite printing is no longer possible.

Online ticket sales
Please purchase your ticket(s) online before the event, as this will not be possible onsite. You can either print out your ticket, which has a barcode, or bring it on your mobile device. You will then be able to scan the barcode at one of our touchless scanning stations. Please note that for your safety, onsite printing is no longer possible.

One-way aisles and directional walkways
At this event, we have implemented one-way aisles and/or directional walkways. One-way-only aisles will help to manage traffic and minimise crowding. They will also make it easier for you to respect the social distancing rules and avoid crossing the paths of other visitors and fellow exhibitors.
On paths where there is enough room for people to walk in both directions, please keep to your side as indicated by the directional arrows.

Maximum capacity in conference rooms
Conference areas will also allow for social distancing, with 1.5 metres between chairs. This means there will be limited capacity, so please arrive early. Some chairs may be marked as unavailable. Please respect this instruction and do not move the chairs.
Voelt u zich ziek, blijf dan thuis
Hoe graag we u ook willen verwelkomen op onze events, wij vragen u graag om respect te hebben voor de gezondheid en de veiligheid van iedereen. Indien u zich ziek voelt – ook bij milde symptomen van een verkoudheid of koorts – blijf dan a.u.b. thuis.
Persoonlijke bescherming
Temperature screenings
Automatic temperature screenings before you enter the event will tell us if you have a temperature of 38° or above. If this is the case, take a seat in the designated area for ten minutes and we will measure your temperature again. If on a second screening your temperature has fallen below 38°, no problem, welcome! If your temperature is still above 38°, we will be unable to grant you admission. We recommend that you check your temperature before leaving home as a precaution and to avoid any inconvenience.
Mondmaskers
Mondmaskers zijn niet verplicht op ons event. Wij raden aanwezigen en bezoekers sterk aan om maskers te blijven dragen, vooral in gesloten of drukke ruimtes.
Plexiglas schermen
Er worden plexiglas schermen voorzien bij registratie desks, infopunten, cateringpunten en alle andere balies die bemand zijn tijdens het event.

Elbow bumps replace handshakes!
Handshakes are “on hold” for the time being! We know this is tough, as a handshake is the natural form of business greeting. We suggest you greet with an elbow bump. Alternatively, a nice “air kiss” is a friendly way to greet. A simple wave or a thumbs-up will also do nicely. So long as the greeting is without physical contact … feel free to use your own style.

If you register more than 3 weeks prior to the event, you will more than likely receive your badge in the post saving you time and eliminating overcrowding at registration.

You can either print out your ticket, which has a barcode, or bring it on your mobile device. You will then be able to scan the barcode at one of our touchless scanning stations.
Registration timeslot
We will make it convenient for you to register for a specific timeslot so that we can ensure the appropriate checks are made on arrival, while saving you time. You can amend the time slot you selected when registering, by using your registration key that you will find in your confirmation email.
Online assistance
By consulting our website you’ll be able to make your visit as efficient as possible. You can use the exhibitor catalogue and content programme to plan which companies and products you would like to see, and which seminars to attend. We kindly advise you to plan ahead so you can arrive on time for any seminars, as places may be limited due to social distancing measures.
